Fran & Cyrus- A Humanist ceremony with lots of pretty details!

Fran & Cyrus tied the knot at the Letchworth Centre in Hitchin, one of my favourite venues in Hertfordshire. Ok, so I **may** have a soft spot for it because it also happens to be the same venue where my husband and I exchanged our vows 3 years ago! However, along with my own sentimental ties, I also love it because there is a genuine feel of homeliness and sense of being able to stamp your own personality onto the venue. Rebecca, the wedding co-coordinator, really encourages couples to make the centre their own for the day.... Tipi's on the lawn, hanging bunting, lanterns and fairy lights through the tree's and gardens, BBQ on the decking and romantic ceremonies on the lawn, its entirely up to you, to style and personalise.

This is exactly what Fran & Cyrus did, making the centre completely their own, combining all the things they liked and filling the space with all of their beautiful handmade decor. The lego cake topper was my absolute favourite, with Ariel & Aladdin as Fran & Cyrus! Alice at Fleur de Lace was hired to bring it all together and add some gorgeous finishing touches. The results were beautiful and the atmosphere relaxed and fun.

Their humanist ceremony was conducted in the gardens by the lovely Jackie. And as with all humanist ceremonies, it was personal and heartfelt, with their own vows written and readings from their family & friends.

An absolutely beautiful day and a real joy to be a part of, so thank you again for having me there guys!
