I first met with Jessica & Sam a couple of years ago when we went for drink to go through their plans. They told me that they were both quite emotional, how Jessica's Granddad was going to sing their first dance, that they wanted to have their private exchange of vows photographed, away from guests, and the importance they placed upon their wedding photography. Well, I was in love!!
From the moment we walked into prep until we left everyone dancing, there was just pure joy, lots of laughter and yes, plenty of tears too! They tied the knot in Cambridge Registry Office and then headed to The Priory Centre in St Neots where they were joined by even more family and friends.
When the time came for us to whisk them away for half an hour for their couples portraits, we all felt the nerves and excitement of the impending vow exchange...... Being the only two people to witness and capture Jessica & Sam exchange their personal vows was honestly the most beautiful experience.
Jessica's Grandad not only sang "L-O-V-E" Nat King Cole but also played the trumpet!! It was such a beautiful and sweet moment and a genuine honour capture.
Huge thank you to the lovely newlyweds for sharing your day with us!
